We are seeking a Senior Engineer Architect with subject matter expertise in Zero Trust Architecture, micro-segmentation, identity management, asset management, policy engine, and workflow automation to join our team supporting the United States Army Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Center in the DC Metro Area.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the design and implementation of Zero Trust Architecture solutions across the organization.
- Provide expertise in micro-segmentation strategies, ensuring secure communication between different parts of the infrastructure.
- Oversee identity management solutions, ensuring that only authorized individuals can access specific resources.
- Manage asset management solutions, keeping track of all hardware and software assets within the organization.
- Design and implement policy engines to automate and enforce security policies across the network.
- Lead workflow automation initiatives, streamlining processes and reducing manual intervention.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure that all solutions are integrated seamlessly and securely.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Zero Trust Architecture and related technologies.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Zero Trust Architecture Expertise: Deep understanding of Zero Trust principles, strategies, and implementations. Ability to design and implement Zero Trust solutions tailored to an organization's needs with at least 5 years of experience.
- Micro-segmentation Proficiency: Knowledge of network segmentation strategies and tools. Ability to design, implement, and manage micro-segmented networks to enhance security.
- Identity Management Mastery: Expertise in designing and implementing identity and access management (IAM) solutions, including single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Asset Management Acumen: Ability to develop and manage solutions that track and manage IT assets throughout their lifecycle, ensuring security and compliance.
- Policy Engine Expertise: Proficiency in designing and implementing policy engines that automate and enforce security and operational policies across the organization.
- Workflow Automation Skills: Expertise in automating processes and workflows to streamline operations, reduce manual intervention, and enhance security.
- Cloud Architecture Knowledge: Understanding of cloud platforms, services, and best practices, especially as they relate to Zero Trust and security.
- Network Security Proficiency: Deep knowledge of network security protocols, tools, and best practices.
- System Integration: Ability to integrate various security and IT solutions to work seamlessly within an organization's infrastructure.
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information security, or a related field from an accredited University.
- Excellent communication skills in both technical and non-technical language.
- Certifications: IAT Level II or Level III is Required (CISSP is Preferred)
- Clearance Requirement: Secret
