RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide operations and maintenance (O&M), system engineering and application development for custom developed software applications for Sponsor systems.
- Maintain and at Sponsor's direction, implement new functionality for an existing system for tracking non-standard accounts on Sponsor information systems and an existing system that supports privileged user management and tools for aiding members of the Sponsor's organization with a variety of cybersecurity tasks.
- Responsible for development of new software applications and scripts.
- Ensure systems maintain compliance with the Sponsor's assessment and authorization process and requirements; maintain websites for collaboration within the Sponsor's organization and communication to stakeholders; and support additional activities in support of cybersecurity activities related to accounts, credentials, and accesses on Sponsor information systems at the direction of Sponsor management.
- Provide occasional weekend or after-hours support for operational issues, deployments and critical activities.
- Conduct O&M, system engineering and application development for custom developed software applications for Sponsor systems. This includes deploying, operating, and maintaining web services within the Sponsor's cloud environment and developing web services and web user interfaces.
- Maintain and implement new functionality for an existing system for tracking non-standard accounts on Sponsor information systems and an existing system that supports privileged user management and tools.
- Responsible for development of new software applications and scripts.
- Develop web services, to include Representational State Transfer (REST) APIs, and Spring Boot and develop JavaScript/HTML/CSS web user interfaces using the Angular framework, including experience with, or knowledge of, additional web UI frameworks.
- Deploys, operates and maintains web services within the Sponsor's cloud environment.
- Experience developing and deploying web based applications that interface with databases, other web applications, and access control systems such as Active Directory and LDAP.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Active TS/SCI + Poly clearance
- Bachelor's degree and 12 years of experience. Work experience can be used/combined with education
- Demonstrated experience with developing web based applications using Java.
- Experience developing scripts.
- Experience developing software that interfaces with databases.
- Experience developing software and scripts that interface with access control systems including Active Directory and LDAP.
- Experience converting software applications to Web Based platforms.
- Experience developing web user interfaces with JavaScript, TypeScript or the Angular framework.
- Experience with knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Experience designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining software applications in cloud environments.
- Experience developing software in both Windows and Linux environments.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience developing software for the Sponsor for one or more of the following purposes: access management, privileged user oversight, enforcing cybersecurity policy with respect to accounts or credentials.
- Experience programming using the Spring Framework.
- Experience with, or knowledge of, additional web UI frameworks.
- Experience working with PL/SQL and understanding of database design.
- Experience with PowerShell, Shell Script (bash), and VBScript.
- Experience with multi-factor authentication technologies.
- Experience documenting requirements for software systems.
- Experience with agile development.
