Job Summary
Aptive is seeking a Contract Analyst/Specialist to support ICE Health Services Corps (IHSC) . IHSC's mission is to provide medical care to maintain the health of individuals in the custody of ICE . IHSC is committed to ensuring a system of care that is ethical, responsible, and accountable through rigorous surveillance and monitoring activities . The C ontact Analyst/Specialist at Aptive will play a key role in providing this support to IHSC and achieving their mission.
This position requires on-site hybrid support at our client location.

Primary Responsibilities
- Schedules work priorities and sets deadlines for work completion based on workforce availability, workload, and productivity analysis, defines technical work requirements, develops and revises tactical and strategic plans as needed.
- Analyzes and evaluates contracting matters; initiation, development, and recommendation of contracting policies, procedures, guidance, and control for subordinate contracting activities within the Department.
- Serves as contract advisor to program officials in procurement planning meetings, advising program officials of the procurement objectives to be used and assisting in the preparation of statements of work.
- Serves as the "Acting" Supervisor in periods of the Supervisor's Absence, performing a limited range of supervisory duties during these periods.
- Perform extensive and detailed electronic record keeping functions in accordance with program policies and position.
- Contract administration duties: acquisition planning, SOW/PWS development, market research/analysis, IGCE development, assist with technical evaluations, and contract closeout.
- Assist the government in writing/creating requirements document.
- Provide support in contract administration functions for the coordinates and oversight of requirements to ensure compliance with the contract terms and conditions
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in public administration, business administration, health sciences, or closely related field experience . Experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Two (2) to five (5) years verifiable business or contract administration experience.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Ability to communicate proficiently in English (verbal and written) in order to develop positive rapport with patients and co-workers.
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural and multi-lingual environment and ability to utilize telephonic interpreter/translation services to complete assigned duties if not fluent in a language the patient understands.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks and communicate clearly with a basic knowledge of medical terminology.
- Ability to adapt to sudden changes in schedules and flexibility in work requirements.
- Ability to navigate in an electronic work environment including electronic health records, web-based trainings and communications.
- Knowledge of basic office equipment/technology usage; including telephone, copy machine, scanner, computer, printer and ability to trouble shoot basic office equipment issues.
- Knowledge of, and high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Microsoft Word®, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint.
- Knowledge of regulations (HIPAA/Privacy Act) regarding the confidentiality of patient medical records and information as well as Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance as required for the position
