Term Instructional Faculty in Organization Development & Knowledge ManagementThe Schar School of Policy and Government at George Mason University invites applications for an open-rank term instructional faculty position in organization development, beginning Fall 2024. The successful candidate will be a strong scholar-practitioner with a Ph.D. in one of the following or related fields: organizational theory, organization development, knowledge management, digital transformation, organization behavior, human resource development, and talent management.Applicants should have a strong background in executive education and experiential learning-oriented teaching of adult learners.
