Aptive Resources is seeking a full-time Human Capital Analyst for a federal client. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with data analysis, consulting or government contracting experience.
This is a full-time, remote position, working with clients based in the Washington, D.C. region.
Primary Responsibilities
- Create and maintain tools related to Organizational Change Management Assessments.
- Apply the study of behavioral science to the changes of organizations.
- Create structured activities which will improve organizational performance.
- Design activities for Organizational Development which affect the culture of the organization. This may include human process, team, and/or process interventions.
- Produce and contribute to: Organization Development Tools, Organizational Change Management Assessment Tools, Organization Development Activities, Organization Strategy and Plans, Educational Materials, Informational Materials, and Employee Experience Lifecycle Map.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience, ideally working in a complex team-based environment in a consulting-type organization focused on enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of adult learning and change management best practices and methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, Prosci).
- Highly organized, systematic and proactive in delivering/preparing materials and meeting client expectations within a fast-paced environment.
- Proven event planning and logistics experience to lead the organization and execution of trainings.
- Experience working with multiple levels of stakeholders to help them identify and prioritize transformation and change management initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of training and technical assistance delivery best practices including adult learning theory, assessment, analysis, instructional strategies and tactics.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to organize, prioritize and work well with others.
- Ability to get up to speed quickly on complex issues; desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
- Capable self-starter with a drive to get all types of work done and high attention to detail.
- Ability to interact and engage with Executive-level stakeholders.
- Takes initiative on project tasks that need to be updated or reviewed.
- Has a proactive attitude and works ahead to anticipate needs of client and project.
- Ability to multitask on items throughout the project and virtual trainings when feasible.
