IntelliBridge is an award-winning national security company looking for a Content Strategist to support our contract with United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
The Content Strategist will support the DHS USCIS Services for Product Engineering and Enterprise Delivery (SPEED) contract using agile methodology. They will produce high quality documentation which will be displayed externally on the myUSCIS User Interface. Moving paper forms to the e-filing environment will be achieved by leveraging and repurposing existing style guides, content, and patterns approved by the government customer. The ideal candidate for this position will excel in a fast-paced government contractor environment and be adaptive to the changing needs of the organization.

Responsibilities/Duties:
· Develop copy decks and other documentation to facilitate content implementation for new products
· Manage copy decks and other documentation to support ongoing enhancements and updates to existing products
· Work in concert with interaction designers to produce content of varying fidelity to facilitate iterative design and improve user experience
· Ensure content guidelines are adhered to for components, patterns, and elements
· Review requirements to determine appropriate copy for labels, buttons, drop-downs, alerts, error messages and other UI elements
· Work with product owners, legal, privacy and other stakeholder groups to identify and implement changes to UI content based on new government rules and regulation
Required Qualifications:
· At least 5 years of content writing experience
· Expert knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Mural
· Ability to coordinate efforts with key government and non-government stakeholders
· Self-starter who can work under general direction in a highly collaborative, team-based environment
Preferred Qualifications:
· USCIS or DHS experience
