BOEM and BSEE are responsible for managing the nation's offshore energy, minerals, and natural resources on the Federal Outer Continental Shelf (OCS). BSEE promotes safety, protects the environment, and conserves resources offshore through vigorous regulatory oversight and enforcement. BOEM manages the responsible exploration and development of offshore energy and marine mineral resources on the OCS. OCS production accounts for about 18 percent of domestic crude oil and four percent of domestic natural gas supply.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide build management services to configure and maintain build packages for the existing applications.
- Maintain and build new CI/ CD pipelines.
- Ensure source code is checked in by developers and control baseline versioning
- Report the status of the automated build failures to the appropriate team members for resolution.
- Ensure the existing automated CI/ CD pipeline deploys the code to the correct environment
- Build packages with the appropriate version of the library and shared services references.
- Seek opportunities to recommend alternative solutions for improvements.
- Collaborate to implement the selected tools for automating release deployments
- Provide expert technical guidance of specialized applications, operational environments, systems analysis, design, integration, documentation and implementation regarding technical and business goals and provide detailed recommendation to accomplish goals.
- Contribute to planning, analysis, testing, integration, documentation and presentation of all systems development and enhancement.
- Compose technical documents that may include user manuals, training guides, specifications, and white papers.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Ten years relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business or relevant field. Master's degree preferred
- DOI Background Investigation, Entry on Duty
