Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire a Lead Mammography Tech who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As an Lead Mammography Tech, you will:
• Performs all Mammographic imaging studies. Properly identifies patients, reviews order and selects appropriate protocol in order to maximize quality and safe patient care. ALARA
• Maintains daily workflow by monitoring technologists/patient needs and facilitates exams to Radiologist when needed.
• Provides coaching for other staff members as needed. Communicates effectively with all team members.
• Accurately performs documentation in all computer systems applicable to Breast Imaging (HIS, RIS, PACS, MagView)
• Facilities office/staff needs and coordinate with other managers when BC manager is off site.
• In charge of supply management and maintains a clean and safe environment.
• Maintain patient, hospital and employee confidentiality. To be able to provide quality care to patients of varying categories, i.e., geriatric and adolescent patients.
• Applies the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients we serve in the office.
• To perform quality control, assist with and maintain pertinent local, state and federal records as applicable to different sections as well as inspections, i.e., ACR and MQSA

Qualified candidates will possess:
• High School Diploma or GED - required
• Attended approved Radiology Program - required
• Bachelor's preferred not required.
• 1-2 years of office experience required
• 1-2 years supervisory/management experience
• ARRT (RT) & Mammography certification required
• US- Breast- preferred not required
• MQSA knowledge

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday 7:00a-3:30p

("Nicotine products" include, but are not limited to: cigarettes, cigars, pipes, chewing tobacco, e-cigarettes, vaping products, hookah, and nicotine replacement products (e.g., nicotine gum, nicotine patches, nicotine lozenges, etc.).
