Program AssistantThe Office for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is seeking an organized, energetic, self-motivated individual to work approximately 20-25 hours per week as a part-time Program Assistant to support inclusive education programming. Responsibilities:Oversee the day-to-day management of scheduling inclusive education programming;Communicate with stakeholders (students, faculty, and staff);Update inclusive education material, including PowerPoints and handouts;Manage online programming in MasonLEAPS;Provide timely management and follow through of various projects in support of the inclusive education programs; andOther related duties as assigned.Required Qualifications:Ability to prioritize competing deadlines, follow through, and be flexible;Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills;Demonstrated written and oral communication skills;Ability to self-manage work to ensure timely completion of activities;Demonstrated experience scheduling meetings and activities, managing electronic communication, and planning events;Demonstrated experience developing curriculum or teaching; andExperience using Microsoft Office suite, internet and e-mail.
