Principal Analyst, Capital Markets & Risk

Treasury is seekinga Principal Analyst to be a key member of Corporate Treasury'sCollateral Management team. Collateral Management is responsible for providing operational support for margin operations related to the trading books including Derivatives, Securities, and Repo activities. This position will also support other Capital Markets programs including the Federal Home Loan Bank, Federal Reserve Bank, Public Funds, and other corporate activities.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the collateral margining tools and partner with broker-dealers
- Recommend and implement process changes to improve operational efficiency
- Serve as the Capital Markets Ops subject matter expert on industry wide initiatives and legislation along with other members of the team
- Developing and maintaining productive relationships with key internal and external partners
- Support all corporate collateral management programs and reporting
- Present findings of complex analysis to senior management in a clear and concise fashion
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in Capital Markets, Financial Analysis, or a combination At least 3 years of experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, or a combination
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in banking collateral management
- At least 1 year of experience using SQL, Python, or a combination
- At least 1 year of experience with derivatives, mortgage backed securities, or a combination
