The Subcontracts Administrator, Jr will work with Subcontracts Leads and other Subcontracts Administrators on a dynamic team responsible for providing various subcontracts administrative support and supporting subcontract closeout efforts. As a Subcontracts Administrator, Jr , you will work under close supervision by the Subcontracts Leads to process NDAs, TAs, Service Purchase Orders, Consulting Agreements, Subcontract Agreements, and Subcontracts closeouts if needed.

  • Maintain Subcontract files with required documentation, including Subcontract closeout files.
  • Conduct administrative duties of assigned Subcontracts.
  • Prepare and disseminate information throughout the company regarding subcontract status matters, as needed
  • Interface with subcontractors, SBU, and subsidiary operations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal subcontracting policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals to the customer.
  • Assist in any closeout efforts, as needed.
  • Research and assist in resolving subcontract issues, disputes, terms/conditions, etc.
  • Assist in the maintenance of files compliant with CPSR rules.
  • Maintain subcontracts closeout tracker sheets as needed.
  • Maintain Subcontract and Contract databases and logs.
  • Maintain the Subcontracts and Contracts sites in Chenega SharePoint.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor's degree OR
  • High school diploma and 4+ years of professional experience may be used instead of education
  • 2+ years of Subcontracts or Contracts Admin related work experience is required
  • Background check required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Business, logistics, and accounting knowledge are strongly desired.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess strong skills in organizing, and managing time across multiple time zones, tasks, and customer needs.
  • Must have the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Working knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation software (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), and Outlook.
