You'll team with world-class professionals to develop and test strategies that ultimately deliver value to cardholders, Capital One, and our external partners. And you will do it all in a collaborative environment that values your insight, encourages you to take on new responsibilities, promotes continuous learning, and rewards innovation.

You'll come up to speed quickly, use your experience and leadership skills to take the lead and ensure the project is delivered. As we continue to grow, projects will come up that are important but are under-resourced.
  • Cross-functional Partnership:  Work closely with colleagues across Capital One including:  Tech, Brand, Operations, Finance and others to drive improvement in quality, volume, service, and profitability for the Dining agenda.
  • Leadership and talent ambassador: Support building a world-class team, by helping attract, interview, and onboard future team members. Coach and mentor associates with a goal of developing and retaining talent at Capital One
