Sr. Director, Business Analyst - Capital One Dining

As a Senior Business Director leading the Dining agenda, you will apply strategic thinking and cross-functional leadership to develop and deliver a collective vision, manage external partners (including SevenRooms, Michelin Guide, José Andrés Group, etc.), apply strategic analytics to assess performance and identify opportunities, deliver exclusive cardholder dining events, and continue to grow and optimize the collection of restaurants in the program. You'll team with world-class professionals to develop and test strategies that ultimately deliver value to cardholders, Capital One, and our external partners. And you will do it all in a collaborative environment that values your insight, encourages you to take on new responsibilities, promotes continuous learning, and rewards innovation.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Location is New York City: $267,300 - $305,100 for Sr Business Director
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.

- Vision setting: Set a vision and develop business strategies that will drive growth and success for Capital One at the top of the market, specifically with regards to our Dining agenda.
- Strategic planning: Design and implement processes and frameworks to enable strategic planning for the Dining team. Take ownership of goals, successes, failures and mitigation plans.
- Growth & market analysis: Take a lead role in identifying and evaluating strategic opportunities and develop robust and well thought through proposals, translating concepts or ideas into considered, impactful plans. Include analysis of market and industry data, to help identify new trends and generate insights into competitors to help benchmark our performance relative to our peers.
- Business Development and third-party management: manage relationships with external partners as well as identify opportunities for new partnerships.
- High profile projects: Proactively identify opportunities to add value beyond what we're currently doing or jump in when there's no clear leader for a project. You'll come up to speed quickly, use your experience and leadership skills to take the lead and ensure the project is delivered. As we continue to grow, projects will come up that are important but are under-resourced.
- Cross-functional Partnership: Work closely with colleagues across Capital One including: Tech, Brand, Operations, Finance and others to drive improvement in quality, volume, service, and profitability for the Dining agenda.
- Leadership and talent ambassador: Support building a world-class team, by helping attract, interview, and onboard future team members. Coach and mentor associates with a goal of developing and retaining talent at Capital One
