Senior Coordinator, Field Services

The Senior Coordinator, Field Services position for Capital One will work in a fast paced environment delivering hardware to multiple divisions. This is an opportunity based at our Plano, TX location, where excellent attention to detail and time management are the highest priorities. There is a heavy focus on imaging hardware with an even mix of Windows PC's and Macs OS laptop and desktops.

  • Daily focus on delivery deadlines
  • Attention to detail
  • Asset Management responsibilities to include:
  • Ability to lift/carry 30+ lbs
  • Ability to self-start
  • Unboxing/reboxing of hardware
  • Imaging and working at a workbench
  • Prepare laptop/desktops for imaging (PXE or USB booting)
  • Inventory control/audits

Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 1 year of experience with tech support administration
  • At least 1 year of WindowsOS experience
  • At least 1 year of experience with ticketing systems
  • At least 1 year of experience with reporting tools (ServiceNow)

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or military experience
  • 1+ years of SCCM experience
  • 1+ years of experience with Active Directory services
  • 1+ years of experience with virtualization technologies
  • 1+ years of macOS experience
  • Windows certification(s)
  • Apple certification(s)
