Venturi, LLC, a Chenega company, has an exciting career opportunity for an IESP Program Ingegrator who will perform important work supporting Missle Defense Agency on the TEAMS Next Missile Defense Systems Engineering contract. In this role you will serve as financial management lead for the MDA/Ground Sensors IESP partnership

Responsibilities

• Formulate and update country cost shares for the existing program and proposed new tasks
• Coordinate with SNX & TH BFMs and technical stakeholders to obtain updates to financial requirements for partnership funded efforts and update cost share projections accordingly
• Prepare financial briefings to support partnership meetings
• Manage development of the IESP Financial Quarterly Report delivered to the partner nations
• Staff annual funding request documents for IESP funded contracts
• Coordinate with FMS financial managers and US contract managers to ensure partnership funded efforts are contractually executed as required
• Manage and maintain IESP financial archive
• Review and edit multi-national briefings as needed to ensure compliance with security marking requirements
• Staff IESP briefings to SNX and THAAD disclosure stakeholders for review and approval
• Mark and archive approved briefings prior to transfer to the foreign partners
• Support partnership meetings to include initial preparation and development of briefings
• Coordinate briefing requirements with other USG stakeholders and monitor action item status and responses.
• Support meeting execution by drafting minutes and documenting action items

Qualifications

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• MA/MS degree (Financial degree preferred)
• The government will consider a BA/BS from an accredited institution of higher learning in a related field with 20+ years of experience in lieu of the MA/MS degree requirement
• 12+ years working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program/project
• Experience performing program and/or financial management
• Secret clearance required

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Experience with foreign military sales
• Proficient with process management and compliance
• Ability presenting complex information and concepts to leaders at various levels
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Working knowledge of MDA business processes
• Working knowledge of MDA organizational structure
