Job Summary
Aptive Resources is seeking a full-time Management Analyst to assist in project and change management activities to support one of our Federal clients. To be successful in this role, the candidate will need strong customer interaction skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a large, complex organization. The ideal candidate will have experience working on project and change management tasks for health informatics and health IT efforts.
This is a full-time position that is remote, and is a contingent hire.

Aptive Resources is seeking a full-time Management Analyst to assist in project and change management activities to support one of our Federal clients. The ideal candidate will have experience working on project and change management tasks for health informatics and health IT efforts.
This is a full-time position that is remote, and is a contingent hire.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide support, such as briefing materials, process requirements, documents, stakeholder coordination, and meeting support as needed.
- Provides comprehensive administrative support services for daily operations.
- Assist with preparation and tracking of training metrics, ensuring metrics are updated daily.
- Perform information gathering, analysis, and/or forecasting.
- Draft, edit and facilitate reports, minutes, memos, briefs, and correspondence as needed.
- Assist in maintaining master rosters and training schedules and coordinate across team.
- Receive and incorporate constructive feedback, finding creative solutions that align with clients' vision.
Minimum Qualifications
- 4 years of professional experience supporting a large corporation or government agency, preferably a large Health Care organization.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, political science, or other related field or the equivalent education/experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Prosci Change Management Certification desired but not necessary.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

- Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools, and an understanding of the change process and the "people side" of change.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to both clients and internal teams.
- Problem-solving mentality, with the ability to proactively overcome adversity and obstacles.
- Ability to resolve complex issues quickly and work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
- Capable self-starter with a drive to get all types of work done with high attention to detail.
- Strong time management, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
