The Ridge School seeks to hire an experienced Clinical Director who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As the Clinical Director, you will:
•Serve as day- to- day operations manager, supervise all clinical staff and related service providers.
•Assist the Director of Education with student referrals and staff hiring.
•Coordinate and oversee the effective implementation of the therapeutic model across and between all staff within their respective roles through supervision and training.
•Provide direct clinical services to children and their families, oversees crisis interventions, abuse and neglect reporting, and behavior management protocols of all students in coordination with the direct service providers and classroom teams.
•Ensure that all IEP related service requirements are delivered and documented according to Maryland COMAR and OSSE regulations.
•Provide feedback on strengths and development needs of clinical team through direct supervision and through the PDP process

Qualifications Include:
•A Master's degree in clinical social work and licensure in Maryland as an Independent Certified Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) or equivalent degree and licensure are required.
• Knowledge of the social-emotional development of young children.
•Extensive knowledge of clinical mental health services especially with children and families.
•A minimum of five years of post-master's degree experience with extensive knowledge of and experience in providing individual, family and group psychotherapy.
•Experience in providing supervision to other professionals, including mental health providers, behavior support personnel and individual student aides.
•Ability to provide individual, group and family psychotherapy and work jointly with a range of parents and young children with disabilities.

Tobacco and Drug Statement
