Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of general experience in the Federal Service or equivalent in public or private sector that demonstrates progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the Desk Clerk.

Education
In lieu of general experience, the following education may be substituted to meet the minimum qualifications requirement:
Two years above high school
OR
A combination of experience and education, which when combined, is equivalent to 100% of the requirement

Physical Demands
The work is primarily sedentary with periods of standing walking and climbing stairs. Some bending and picking up and carrying of small lightweight items may be necessary.
Working Conditions
The work involves normal risks or discomforts associated with an office environment which is usually adequately lighted, heated, and ventilated.
This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program.
Several vacancies may be filled.

- You will receive reservations requests by phone, in person and by mail.
- You will operate the switchboard to rooms and suites to include wake up service, call transferring, voice mail assistance, and maintenance help.
- You will receive and be accountable for the revolving change fund.
