The Maintenance Planner / Scheduler is responsible for planning and communicating all maintenance needs and activities throughout the company’s multiple facilities.  Daily duties include but not limited to: Plan and schedule corrective and preventive maintenance activities by task and priority level, manage spare parts and alignment between the maintenance department and warehouse, manage work orders, and documentation and assets within the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). Also, must coordinate plant-wide shutdowns with the ability to work in a self-directed manner and provide direction to others. Computer skills (Excel) and knowledge of various CMMS software is required.  Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Life Safety is preferred.
