ENGINEER-Lead Geotechnical Engineer needed Washington, DC: perform interpretation of geological conditions & sections, prep reviews & reports of geotechnical info; Reports to PE. MS Geotechnical Eng, Civil eng, or rel field, or its for'n equiv + 2 yrs exp as a Geotechnical Eng, or rel role. Lic as a Prof Eng in Civil Eng by at least 1 state agency req'd. In depth knowl via exp or academic training in: boring inspection; Geotech report prep; shallow foundation des & deep foundation des; retaining structure des, & settlement analy; slope stability analy; geotech e-quake eng & finite element modeling Req'd.
