Coordinator, Supplier Onboarding Agent
An important part of the Commercial Card Ops team, the Supplier Enablement Coordinator will be responsible for enabling acceptance of commercial card payments primarily through outbound phone channels. Associates will work closely with business partners to drive revenue by increasing supplier acceptance of Commercial Card payment.

Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma , GED or equivalent certification
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
At least 2 years of customer service experience in call center within Financial Services or Banking

Responsibilities:
- Outbound calling to understand and/or influence supplier acceptance
- Data collection and entry
- Engage with stakeholders at multiple levels, internally and externally, through superior communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to learn and manage multiple software systems
- Demonstrate competency in teamwork, self-prioritization, result focus, and business judgment
- Follow provided procedures and scripting to assure we are accurate and compliant with our communications
- Conduct any additional assigned activities related to facilitating client payments
