Overview
ERP International has an exciting opportunity for an Independent Contract Healthcare Recruiter, providing full life cycle recruiting support for our Healthcare Recruitment Team. This position requires an experienced recruiting professional with strong knowledge of and experience in recruiting Healthcare Professionals (Physician, Nursing and Ancillary) and Medical Administrative staff within Government Contracting. This person will work independently to recruit for and fill vacancies that are assigned to them and will be paid a flat fee for each candidate submitted that is successfully hired by the company. This position will work closely with the Clinical Recruiting Manager, Director of Clinical Operations, and Program Managers.

Responsibilities
Specific Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Independently sources and recruits for healthcare job vacancies.
- Pipelining of qualified candidates for on-going requirements.
- Screens applications against job performance work statement qualifications.
- Candidate first contact, follow-up, and close-out
- Initial collection of and primary source verification of core credentialing documents
- Verification and validation of candidate references
- Profile creation for submission of candidates
- Coordinates interviews with Hiring Managers and Customers
- Networks with industry, references, and contacts to develop leads
- Communicates with Hiring Managers on status of requisitions, candidates, etc...
Qualifications
Education and Experience Required:
- 2+ years of healthcare recruiting experience, preferably within Government contracting environment
- Knowledge of Federal RFP/RFQ process and Performance Work Statements
- A solid understanding of the staffing market: services, competitors, technologies, trends, and contracts
- Associate's Degree; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Additional Skills/Qualifications:
- Must be able to multi-task and manage numerous requisitions simultaneously
- Must be able to meet short deadlines and quick turn-around times, within budget
- Must be able to work independently using your own resources and networks.
