Qualifications
A total of 3 years of experience is required with education.
Three years of progressively substantive experience which provided a broad knowledge of one or more functional areas of financial management, such as budgeting, accounting, auditing, management analysis, program evaluation, financial or statistical reporting, which included logical determination of fact; developing, coordinating and executing strategic financial from development through execution; conducting in-depth financial operations reviews of global hospitality organization; and supervisory experience; or similar work which demonstrated the knowledge and abilities of financial management.
Education
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in accounting; or a degree in a related field such as business administration, finance, or public administration that included or was supplemented by 24 semester hours in accounting.
OR EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: At least 4 years of experience in accounting or an equivalent combination of accounting experience, college-level education, and training that provided professional accounting knowledge. The applicant's background must also include one of the following: Twenty-four semester hours in accounting or auditing courses; a certificate as a Certified Public Accountant or a Certified Internal Audit or, obtained through written examination; or Completion of the requirements for a degree that included substantial course work in accounting or auditing.

Key Requirements
Reporting to and supporting the Finance Director for all work products and outputs.
- Works closely with NEXCOM's Finance Division (Code F) to ensure that accounting information and hospitality source information support timely and accurate financial statements.
- Researches and fixes errors in financial statements and other relevant financial data.
- Develops and disseminates financial and business analyses for hospitality operations, key indicators and metrics from source documents to the lodging team.
- Monitors performance to budget and reports on exceptions requiring management's attention.
- Under direction, develops standard operating procedures and/or unique hospitality policy in the area of finance and accounting.
- Responds to request for financial information from installation, region and headquarter team members.
- Supports financial data calls from NEXCOM partners, Navy and DOD.
- Collaborates with installations, regions, NHG leadership and NEXCOM Code F in developing annual financial plans and budgets.
- Coordinates and prepares annual reports to DoD, Navy and other authorities.
- Individual contributor without any direct reports.
