Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: A High School diploma and a minimum of nine (9) years of experience in construction projects. Must have experience working on projects that include oversight over projects located in secured facilities.
PMP and/or CCM certification preferred. Experience working on both Design Build and Design Bid Build projects are also preferred.
The incumbent should be an enthusiastic and engaged professional who enjoys working with a diverse group of Court personnel and customers and lives the D.C. Courts' values of Accountability, Excellence, Fairness, Integrity, Respect, and Transparency.
Please note that authorization for the release of your adult criminal record revealing any convictions and forfeitures, and any criminal cases currently pending before the courts is required. If you are selected for the position, a criminal history records check will be conducted.

Brief Description of Duties:
- Manages key projects to include project planning, initiation, execution, and close-out
- Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills to ensure collaboration and coordination with contractual and organizational stakeholders, as well as with regulatory agencies
- Manages any needed task orders or ancillary contracts in support of capital projects
- Develops and manages required financial aspects of assigned projects
- Plans and develops accurate funding requests to support each project
- Coordinates and manages schedule related activities of each assigned project
