Brief Description of Duties:
  • Manages key projects to include project planning, initiation, execution, and close-out
  • Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills to ensure collaboration and coordination with contractual and organizational stakeholders, as well as with regulatory agencies
  • Manages any needed task orders or ancillary contracts in support of capital projects
  • Develops and manages required financial aspects of assigned projects
  • Plans and develops accurate funding requests to support each project
  • Coordinates and manages schedule related activities of each assigned project

Minimum Qualifications: A High School diploma and a minimum of nine (9) years of experience in construction projects. Must have experience working on projects that include oversight over projects located in secured facilities.

PMP and/or CCM certification preferred. Experience working on both Design Build and Design Bid Build projects are also preferred.

The incumbent should be an enthusiastic and engaged professional who enjoys working with a diverse group of Court personnel and customers and lives the D.C. Courts' values of Accountability, Excellence, Fairness, Integrity, Respect, and Transparency.
