Personnel Operations Coordinator The George Mason University Office of the Provost, Personnel Operations Team is looking for a non-student, part-time (20-30 hours per week) Personnel Operations Coordinator to support the team with day-to-day personnel and human resources operations. The Office of the Provost provides leadership and guidance to support and achieve the academic mission of the university. Responsibilities:Generate and analyze reports for the Personnel Operations Team;Support the maintenance of personnel records;Support the Director of Personnel Operations and Senior Team Leads;Assist with the production, routing, and tracking of personnel action forms;Assist with gathering documentation for personnel reconciliation;Maintain the teams generic email account and answer generic inquires; andComplete ad-hoc tasks as assigned.Required Qualifications:High school diploma/GED;Willingness to learn with the ability to manage multiple priorities;Demonstrated listening and comprehension skills;Demonstrated organizational skills with an ability to manage information from multiple sources;Demonstrated attention to detail;Intermediate to advance MS Office skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams;Ability to follow and interpret rules and policies;Ability to maintain harmonious working relationships with a population of diverse individuals; andAbility to maintain confidentiality.Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of Ellucian Banner and MicroStrategy;Basic experience using Adobe for editing documents;Experience creating and manipulating Adobe Acrobat pdf files; andExperience working on a hybrid team.
