Duties

  • You will receive visitors and phone calls and refer them to the appropriate person.
  • You will answer routine inquiries.
  • You will create and maintain filing systems and file a variety of documents.
  • You will perform mathematical calculations used to prepare information for graphs, charts and tables.
  • You will evaluate and analyze standard requirements which are used to prepare standard descriptions of items and prices.

  • Must have a 3.0 or higher G.P.A


Qualifications

Applicants must be currently enrolled or accepted for enrollment as a student taking at least a half-time academic, technical, or vocational course load in an accredited high school, technical, vocational, two or four year college or university, graduate or professional school.

Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.

Education

Applicants must meet the following positive education qualifications requirements of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualifications Standards Manual: You must be currently enrolled or accepted for enrollment as a student taking at least a half-time academic, technical or vocational course load in an accredited high school, technical, vocational, two or four year college or university, graduate or professional school. Applicants must provide transcripts demonstrating they have a 3.0 or higher G.P.A

*Applications will be accepted from students who expect to complete qualifying education within 9 months from the date of application. We are required to verify the qualifying education that has been successfully completed before any applicant can be appointed (report to work).
