Venturi, LLC, a Chenega company, has an exciting career opportunity for an Advanced Test Analyst who will perform important work supporting Missile Defense Agency on the TEAMS Next Test Support contract. This individual with a cybersecurity background will provide leadership, team coordination, and subject matter expertise in the provision of Cyber Tests for the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). On this contract, Venturi supports activities throughout and governs the entire MDA test lifecycle. These activities include planning, development, implementation, sustainment, execution, analysis, and assessment of testing and test-related functions. Test-related functions include test processes, procedures, plans, policies, and activities related to test resources and infrastructure. This support includes developmental and operational system and component flight tests, ground tests, cyber tests, wargames, and exercises by applicable MDA and Department of Defense guidelines. This work includes test resources and the infrastructure required to conduct these activities. This support augments the development of enterprise and program (element-specific) policies, plans, processes, and procedures, the implementation of guidance, and the interpretation of internal and external agency regulations, policies, directives, and other related documents.
Responsibilities
- Provide advice and expertise in the development of MDA Cyber Test events in support of Red Team and Blue Team Execution
- Apply technology expertise, analyze the security implications of systems and applications security, and collaborate with decision-makers and engineers
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required:
- MA/MS in a field pertinent to the position being filled and 10+ years of relevant experience. OR
- BA/BS with an additional 5+ years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for the MA/MS degree requirement.
- Must possess and maintain minimum Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Working knowledge of Cybersecurity
- Good understanding of MDA Ground and/or Flight test planning and execution
- Familiarity with DoD processes and procedures
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment while coordinating with multiple organizations and leadership
- Ability to work within a team environment or independently as required
- Proficient with Microsoft software applications
- Ability to execute and complete tasks with no supervision
- Ability to travel 25% to CONUS and OCONUS locations
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
