Venturi, LLC, a Chenega company, has an exciting career opportunity for a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Cross Domain Solution (CDS) Analyst who will perform important work supporting Missle Defense Agency on the TEAMS Next Missile Defense Systems Engineering contract.

The Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Cross Domain Solution (CDS) Analyst is for multiple partner nations. They participate in FMS CDS analysis, concept development, capability planning, interface controls, requirements allocation, data sharing, verification, sustainment, testing, fielding, and site assessments.

  • Provide recommendations for FMS country acquisition plans based on requirements provided by the country and their available financial assets
  • Maintain official program correspondence between Country Desk Officers, Country Officials, and Program Executives interested in the FMS CDS fielded product
  • Provide problem resolution files for awarded cases, prepare program status briefings, and develop visit requests
  • Coordinate with the Implementing Agency POC on case development and execution matters
  • Manage integration of activities across program stakeholders and serve as the technical authority for total packing fielding of the FMS CDS solution
  • Support development of acquisition documentation
  • Initiate requests to field activities and installations for information on which to base responses to FMS customer inquiries


  • MA/MS degree and 12+ years of experience OR
  • BA/BS degree in a related field of study and 20+ years experience
  • Working knowledge of Cross Domain Solution (CDS) components and procedures
  • Working knowledge of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case development and procedures
  • Active Secret clearance


• Working knowledge of networking and communications systems across US Military Programs of Record

• Working knowledge of interoperability between common information exchange requirement formats such as Link-16, USMTF, and ASTERIX
