Systems Engineer (TS Clearance)

Job Title: Systems Engineer

Location: Hybrid Role - Crystal City, VA and 1 – 2 days remote

Clearance: Active TS; TS/SCI is preferred

Job Summary:

IntelliBridge is seeking a Systems Engineer to administer, manage, and enable secure, compliant data utilization and democratization across enterprises. In this role, you will install, implement, manage, maintain and support the data storage infrastructure, operating systems, virtual platforms, web servers, and application servers. Also, you will collaborate simultaneously with technical and non-technical data and development team members and projects to define requirements, while providing systems integration expertise. You'll be able to gain experience in designing cloud architectures while providing critical support to the client's mission.

Job Responsibilities:

• Leverage expertise in cloud-based data architectures to support mission-critical operations
• Provide core services (Active Directory, VMWare, networks) to DevOps support and big data solutions such as Hadoop, Elasticsearch, and AWS
• Utilize infrastructure provisioning tools such as Chef, Ansible, and Puppet to develop scripts to automate deployment of physical and virtual R&D and Operational environments; to develop tools to monitor usage of virtual resources
• Contribute continually to improve the security, usability, performance, maintainability, and scalability of the existing environment with the introduction of new, innovative services

• Perform algorithm development and analysis to evaluate collection capabilities

• Develop and maintain program documentation including: CONOPs, requirements development and definition, oversight of system design and developer implementation, systems test and evaluation, deployment and operational implementation

• Review, assess and provide recommendations of technical solutions created by developers and engineers

Position Requirements:

• Possess Active TS clearance; and able to obtain SCI eligibility
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Computer Science, STEM, or related field, such as in Physics or Engineering
• 5+ years of experience supporting clients in the DoD or IC communities
• Knowledgeable and experienced in defining technical requirements
• Experience using Matlab, Python and signal processing tools
• Flexible, organized, and can operate with a holistic mission view
• Critical thinker with proven problem-solving skills
• Self-starter who takes initiative
• Excellent verbal and written communications

Desired or Preferred Skills and Abilities:

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Expert level knowledge of sensor development process
• Experience with EO/IR systems, optics, signal processing and image processing
• SETA experience
• Knowledge of systems acquisition process
