Manager, Process Manager
Cyber is seeking a dedicated and disciplined Solutions Architect to join the Cyber Portfolio and Service Enablement (PSE) team and who excels in a team environment, displays proficiency in project and process management, and is highly motivated.
Responsible for supporting the development of the Cyber Portfolio Mgmt infrastructure, design development. Provides JIRA technical acumen to design and maintain a solution. Work with other cross-functional partners such as Cyber Analytics, Engineering and Product Management, as well as with other teams within Programs and Strategy. Also, responsible for PSE metrics, PSE backlog prioritization in JIRA, epic and story refinement, and tracking PSE productivity
This person will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, strong analytical skills, ability to quickly adapt to change, and self motivation. As a part of the Cyber PSE team , you will have the opportunity to work with cross functional teams. Responsibilities include:
- Support the communication and adoption of Portfolio technical concepts to ensure an understanding of the team vision among a variety of audiences within Cyber
- Work to enhance JIRA and Confluence adoption
- Support the identification, understanding and documentation of pain points, and develop/update the portfolio system architecture
- Act as a SME for JIRA and Confluence
- Provide day-to-day operational activities as well as strategic planning initiatives involving JIRA
- Responsible for understanding the current process, gathering requirements, investigating potential solutions, analyzing impact, communicating with stakeholders, and implementing solutions
- Create and maintain technical documentation and user-guides, onboarding material, and best practices
- Understand system architecture of upstream and downstream impacts when implementing solutions
- Document PSE processes and recommend process improvements
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 6 years of Process or Risk Management experience
- At least 2 years of Continual Improvement experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of Project Management experience leading cross functional projects in Risk
- 1+ years of cloud risk, governance, control, and security experience
- CISA, CISM, CRISC, or CISSP Certification
