Overview

ERP International is currently seeking a Recruiting Support Intern to participate in our 2023 Summer Internship Program. ERP's Internship Program is focused on identifying high potential and capable students and providing them with exposure and on the job experiences that help strengthen their skills and prepare them for their future careers. The ideal candidate for this internship is a rising Junior or Senior pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university who has an interest in talent acquisition and human resources. This individual will gain hands on experience by being involved in key tasks in support of the department's goals. As part of the internship Program all interns will have the opportunity to collaborate with their peer group, participate in executive sessions and learn about the federal contracting space. This summer internship will be onsite at the ERP International HQ in Laurel, MD.

Responsibilities

The Recruiting Support Intern will provide support to the Talent Acquisition Team and also provide support for various ERP departments and projects. Working in a team environment, the intern will be an energetic self-starter and an entrepreneur at heart. This position will report to the Contracts Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support
  • Support the Talent Acquistion Team with all aspects of recruitment to include:
    • Learn about company and approach to talent acquisition.
    • Learn about the ATS system, ICIMS.
    • Coordinate the scheduling of interviews.
    • Create, modify, and edit job postings.
    • Post jobs on specialty job boards.
    • Support social media team with targeted job posts and featured job blasts.
    • Review weekly all job postings and adjust budget and spend accordingly.
    • Research tools that can aid in automation and identification of candidates.
    • Create Company's alumni network.
    • Support organization with Total Force Recruitment solution.
    • Other duties as assigned.


Other Areas of Responsibility:
  • Provide general administrative support to additional departments and assist with special projects, as needed


Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Rising junior or senior studying Business or related field.

• Detail-oriented, able to multi-task, able to work independently while meeting specific deadlines

• Excellent communicator both written and verbally.

• Experience with computer programs (MS Office, etc.)

Desired Requirements

• Previous experience supporting in a corporate environment.

• Previous recruitment support experience.

• 3.0 or higher GPA
