Total Electric Inc. - Upper Marlboro, MD 20774 Currently seeking an experienced and proven manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Managing assigned projects from start to completion.Average job size $100,000 to $5,000,000.
-Organize information so the job materials can be purchased and prefabricated directly from data generated in AccuBid.
Provide information to Coordinator and or APM for BIM model.
Coordinate with Prefab Department for the production and timely delivery of assemblies.
-Attend project meetings and represent The Company.
-Prepare job budgets,schedules and coordinate with other trades
REQUIREMENTS
-Must have previous Electrical Contractor Management or Electrical Construction field experience (5 years minimum).
-Knowledge of industry software a MUST (AccuBid,Bluebeam, Autodesk,Microsoft products).
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Extremely detail oriented.
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.
