Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire a Workforce Data Analytics & Reporting Analyst who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As a Workforce Data Analytics & Reporting Analyst you will:
• Provide reporting and analysis to the AHC HR and AHC leadership team and other stakeholders including monthly dashboards, compliance reporting, analysis related to talent acquisition, attrition, diversity and HR operational metrics to help drive business decisions and identify areas of strength and opportunities for improvement.
• Use multiple data sources including Workday (HRIS system) and other databases to run queries to extract data, while ensuring information is complete and accurate. Transfers data into meaningful visual displays such as histograms, scatter diagrams, time series charts, trend diagrams, pie charts, Pareto charts, box plots, and other representations of business statistical data.
• Develop and deliver key reporting and analytical support for the HR organization and AHC managers, particularly focused on creating and improving robust self-service reporting capability and manager dashboards in WorkDay. Participates in and leads projects related to new dashboards and analytics for HR and business leaders.
• Participates in external benchmark surveys, summarizes data and identifies benchmarks to compare and improve AHC operations.
• Collaborate on annual salary review preparation and analysis including comprehensive analyses of current pay practices. Perform basic cost analysis and forecasting.
• Ensure the Company's compliance with related laws, including any filing or reporting to federal, state and local agencies, or cooperation with independent financial or regulatory auditors.

Qualifications include:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, human resources, statistics, business analytics, computer science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience, with 1+ years' experience in HR analytical and statistical analysis.
Superior analytic, quantitative and data modeling skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
• General knowledge of Human Resources and compensation principals and best practices
• Preparation of written reports and presentations for varied audiences including senior management
• Research methods and data analysis skills and ability to interpret and provide recommendations
• Proficiency in Excel and Tableau.
Knowledge of applicable Federal, state and local regulations
• Proficiency in Workday or similar human capital management systems highly preferred

Work Schedule:

Full-Time, Day Shift, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
