The selected candidate is also expected to work on multiple projects simultaneously.This position offers some flexibility in schedule and work location depending on specific project/event logistical constraints and office staffing needs. This is a part-time wage employment, up to 29 hours per week dependent on work volume.Additional duties include:Front office coverage if necessary on occasion;Collect and analyze data for records and reports;Maintain a variety of office database and spreadsheet applications; andPurchase supplies and process reimbursements.Required Qualifications:Organizational skills and attention to details; andCommunication skills and customer service experience.Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with George Mason University, or other academic institutional knowledge; andExperience with meeting, event, and conference organization and support.
