Computer/IT Afiniti, Inc. seeks an Associate Director, Databases in Washington, D.C. to design and deploy automation technologies and procedures to support on premise and cloud-based databases and application for use in AI based call center routing. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related technical field plus at least 4 years of experience designing, installing, administering, and maintaining solutions for database servers for use in call center environments. This experience must include at least 2 years of creating functional requirement documents, preparing use cases, developing UAT plans, operational experience and scripts and conducting database deployments and experience utilizing MySQL, MSSQL, Greenplum, PostgreSQL, Informix, Oracle, MongoDB and Ingres.
