Chenega Job Title: Intermediate PKI Administrator

Clearance: TS/SCI

Location: Springfield, VA

FLSA Status: Exempt, Full Time, Regular

Summary:

PKI support provides superior customer service PKI Support in direct support of customer certificate issues and PKI system related issues.

This position is contingent upon contract award and government funding of the program

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the agency's efforts to manage and monitor Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Programs. This support includes the following activities:
  • Serving as PKI Registration Authority,
  • Conducting face-to-face user validation
  • Providing training
  • Supporting development, maintenance, and management of policies
  • Maintaining awareness of and competency with new and developing protocols, specifications, techniques, and standards

• Coordination and resolution of Information Assurance related trouble tickets in connection with PKI

• Creating installation and training documentation

• Ability to work core hours 12X5

• Supervisory Responsibilities: No

• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)

• Associates Degree plus six years of relevant experience

• Exhibit excellent customer service, organizational and time management skills

• DoD 8140 (formerly 8570.01-M), IAT Level II: CCNA-Security; GICSP; GSEC; Security+ CE; SSCP

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Must have the ability to demonstrate strong business and organizational skills and have outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written

• Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion

• Must be detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks

• Motivated self-starters

• Attention to detail
