Summary

The Project Administrator is responsible for the interpretation and tracking of project goals under general direction. The Project Administrator must gather pertinent information from various sources to resolve issues and support project milestones.

Responsibilities
  • Interpret and compose complex correspondences and presentations, including charts and diagrams directly supporting the DoD Enterprise infrastructure and info structure IT goals and projects
  • Resolve administrative issues/problems that arise and recommend process improvements
  • Ensure timely completion of multiple, simultaneous, independent events and projects of moderate complexity
  • Coordinate multiple work projects and other responsibilities (i.e., training/status reporting, etc.)
  • Prepare reports and correspondence from information gathered to support the entire effort
  • Interpret and apply standard policies and procedures to respond to complex inquiries to resolve issues
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Arts/Science
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • PMI-CAPM or PMP Desired
  • Relevant experience may be used in lieu of PMI-CAPM and/or PMP
  • ITILv4 certification
  • Active TS/SCI clearance

  • Effective networking skills
  • Ability to gather pertinent information from a variety of sources
