The Data and Applications Program Manager will provide urgent and ongoing operational, engineering, technical, and management services to USAFCENT/A6 with demonstrated technical experience associated with USCENTCOM/USAFCENT operations and USCENTCOM/USAFCENT planning processes.

The Data and Applications Program Manager will provide urgent and ongoing operational, engineering, technical, and management services to USAFCENT/A6 with demonstrated technical experience associated with USCENTCOM/USAFCENT operations and USCENTCOM/USAFCENT planning processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide management support for the integration of 9 AF (AFCENT) A6 Director-approved solutions across the distributed enterprise environments.
- Analyze data/application requirements to develop plans and times lines to support the integration of validated 9 AF (AFCENT) A6 requirements into the existing AFCENT enterprise.
- Collect data usage requirements by interacting directly with and across higher headquarters, Expeditionary Communications Squadrons, Innovation Officers, Weapon Systems Managers, and Product/Requirements Owners/Managers.
- Provide expertise and management support to AFCENT knowledge and data management teams to document and manage AFCENT decision process, mission threads, information object flows, and key terrain.
- Develop and implement standards, patterns, and processes which establish consistency across the enterprise architecture, reduce risk, and promote efficiencies in support of the organization's goals and objectives.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of recent experience in the below qualifications. Greater consideration may be given to experience that exceeds the minimum number of years offered in direct support of Air Force Communications and Information Systems. Recent experience is defined as being within the last 36-month period.
- Experience and in-depth knowledge of operational and technical requirements of Air Operation Center (AOC) and Combined Air Operation Center (CAOC) operations, including Airspace Control Order (ACO), Air Tasking Order (ATO), Theater Missile Defense (TMD), Shared Early Warning (SEW), Ground Theater Air Control Systems (GTACS), and other intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) operations, Joint Operational Planning and Execution System (JOPES), and legitimate operations within National/ICAO airspace systems.
- Joint and coalition interoperability initiatives and capabilities.
- Technical theory and practical application of tactical data links (TADIL), including TADIL A/LINK-11A TADIL B/LINK 11B, TADIL J/LINK 16. ATDL-1, PADIL, and unique theater coalition data links, like TADIL S.
- Theater strategic and tactical communications, including both Satellite Communications (SATCOM) and line-of-sight.
- Operational and technical requirements of security management operations, including Communications Security (COMSEC).
- Frequency Spectrum Management.
- Valid U.S passport and must meet Visa requirements for travel to USCENTCOM AOR countries or ability to get within the required timeline
- Secret clearance is required
