Monday- Friday, 8 hours - between 7am to 7pm
No Weekends, No Holidays, No Call!
Job Specific Details and Tasks: The duties for the HCW include but are not limited to the following:
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
* Education: Possess a Associates Degree in Nursing, from an accredited agency such as the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE). As an alternative to the education requirements in the basic contract, the HCW may be a graduate of a state accredited professional nursing program OR a program accredited by ACEN or CCNE.
* Experience: Possess a minimum of 1 year experience as a RN, outpatient obstetrics and gynecology or RN, inpatient labor and delivery within the last 3 years.
* Licensure:Current, unrestricted RN license from any state.
* Life Support Certification: Current AHA or ARC BLS certification. Possess a certificate in Fetal Heart Monitoring and Interpretation.
* Security: Must possess ability to pass a Government background check/security clearance.

Job Specific Details and Tasks: The duties for the HCW include but are not limited to the following:
- Coordinate patient care in collaboration with a wide array of healthcare professionals. Facilitate the achievement of optimal outcomes in relation to clinical care, quality and cost effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with standards of care and practice in accordance with all established policies, procedures, and guidelines used in the MTF.
- Perform physical exam and health histories.
- Provide health promotions, counseling, and education.
- Administer medications, wound care, and numerous other personalized interventions.
- Direct and supervise care provide by other healthcare professionals.
- Accountable for making patient care assignments based on the scope of practice and skill level of assigned personnel.
- Recognize adverse signs and symptoms and quickly react in emergency situations.
- Communicate and collaborate with a diverse group of people for the purpose of informing the healthcare team of plans/actions, for teaching/education to benefit the patient/family and organization.
- Make referral appointments and arrange specialty care as appropriate.
- Perform nursing services identified in the TO.
- Conduct research in support of improved practice and patient outcomes.
- Use and interpret information from fetal/uterine monitoring equipment, to include, doptone and non-stress tests.
- Complete amniotic fluid index assessments and fetal
- Participate in patient counseling to include routine prenatal care, breast feeding, contraception, and regular pregnancy precautions.
- Participate in pap/dysplasia tracking process; follow up with lab results, to include phone and written contact with patients.
