Venturi, LLC, a Chenega company, has an exciting career opportunity for a Material Integration Systems Analyst III who will collaborate on the next generation of space access vehicles at one of the World's Premier Gateways to Space! Venturi employees open portals to space by providing operation and sustainment of mission-critical systems that launch and track Department of Defense, civil, commercial, and international space launch rockets. We also provide U.S. defense and space awareness through ballistic missile testing, guided weapon and aeronautical tests, and experiments to defend the United States to ensure our nation's safety.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Resource Integration Team (RIT) and site leadership to determine appropriate task priorities and resource allocation to meet organizational goals.
- Resolve supportability concerns with research and analysis of potential mitigations.
- Identify issues impacting the organization's priorities and objectives and partner with management to address improvements.
- Assist with the development and continuous improvement of RIT organizational processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Research the history of Depot Repair Unit (DRU) repairs for high-priority Line Replaceable Units (LRU) and coordinate with Depot for status and prioritization of mission-critical repairs.
- Track Purchase Requests (PRs) associated with system outages and limitations.
- Maintain a PR status report by the site/work center.
- Monitor Critical Spares for zero balance/turn-in activity impacting sites/work IdentifycriticalDiminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) cases and track them through the acquisition of replacement parts.
- Perform research using MAXIMO.
- Develop and implement new processes and metrics using Microsoft Office programs.
- Provide timely escalation and support process improvements.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or business management discipline OR
- High school diploma or GED equivalent and 4+ years of equivalent experience
- 5+ years of applicable experience in a technical discipline or applicable range maintenance and/or operations
- Experience developing and implementing work processes and efficiencies, reports, and presentations
- Valid U.S. driver's license required
- Interim Secret clearance is required on the first day of employment
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance, which includes U.S. citizenship or U.S. naturalization
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficient in the use of MS Office suite applications (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Professional.
- Experience navigating web tools, computer software databases, word processing programs, file systems, and spreadsheets.
- Basic understanding of Materiel management concepts is preferred.
- MAXIMO capabilitiesare preferred.
- Basic understanding of the Western Range Depot Repair Unit (DRU) and Logistics operations is preferred.
- Ability to use asset management, maintenance management, or inventory management systems in a business environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) is preferred.
- Basic understanding of Western Range subsystems and maintenance concepts is preferred.
- Occasional travel to instrumentation sites on Vandenberg AFB and Pillar Point AFS.
- Ability to work with moderate office noise (business office with computers, printers, phones, light traffic).
- The flexibility to work occasional non-duty hours or on weekends to support specific project or mission requirements.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible and able to adapt to changes in priorities in a dynamic working environment and schedule to updated priorities.
