Recruiter - Direct Hire

Growing Health Care staffing firm is seeking to add staff members to their team! These are DIRECT HIRE positions with a highly motivated client! As recruiters you will be responsible for the following:

• Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates;
• Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, media, Internet sites, etc.;
• Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications;
• Attract applicants by placing job advertisements;
• Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements;
• Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications;
• Monitor job offers

Minimum 5 years of experience in full life cycle recruitment with both exempt and non-exempt position

Experience with In-person, Phone, Skype, Zoom and online meeting platform skills

Supports workplace diversity

Healthcare recruiting experience highly preferred

Bachelor's degree a plus
