Primary Purpose
As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and delightful user experiences for Emmes software products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other team members, to ensure that the end-to-end user experience is seamless, efficient, and effective.
Responsibilities
• Conducts user research and creates user personas to inform design decisions.
• Develops user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and user interactions.
• Collaborates with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure that design solutions align with business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Conducts usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions.
• Creates design specifications and works with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately.
• Maintains and updates design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Stays up to date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve the user experience.
Experience
• Formal education in Human Centered Design, Design Methods, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or a related field is preferred but not required.
• 3+ years of experience in UX design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and experiences across multiple projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with user research methods and tools, such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
