Responsibilities
- Knowledge of project, and meeting experience. NSF program knowledge highly preferred.
- Strong Knowledge of Federal Government and National Science Foundation (NSF) policies, programs, organizations, functions, resources, and matters affecting the program/organizations served, and related customers, functions, resources, and users.
- Demonstrated organizational and interpersonal skills, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to utilize the federal government business systems and software. Including the travel and procurement systems.
- Ability to plan and execute complex, multi-faceted projects within established time constraints.
- Ability to organize and office teams and task forces with members from different organizations and commands.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications and Required Skills:
Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree is required.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of related experience in an office setting to include MS Office Suite products.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of supporting executive level management and leadership.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal, communication, administrative, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines, to balance multiple projects with superb accuracy, results-oriented.
- Strong sense of urgency with inherent problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills; both verbally and written.
- Experience with and be proficient in use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
- Attention to detail to support the required full array of services necessary in a small business office environment.
Work Authorizations Required:
- US Citizenship is required.
- Must be able to obtain required clearance for contract.
