Principal Associate, Process Management - Non-Associate Labor

We are seeking a Principal Associate, Process Manager to join our Enterprise Supplier Management (ESM) Team. Non-Associate Labor supports enterprise wide needs for contingent workers and consultants. The team builds relationships with the internal Managed Service Provider (MSP) and manages their day to day functions to include: onboarding compliance, SLA and KPI adherence, reporting and analysis of the program, leading the strategic roadmap and managing risks associated with the program. The team ensures that work is engaged via a requisition or a Statement of Work with the preferred supplier pool.

As a Principal Associate, Process Manager you will be responsible for supporting our Non-Associate Labor business by designing and managing the daily process flow including process measurement and analysis. The Process Manager will respond to breakdowns and support the framework for driving efficiency as needed.

Responsibilities:

Design and manage the daily process flow including process measurement, analysis, and responding to breakdowns as needed

Support defined framework for prioritizing, delivering, and driving efficiencies to create better experiences for our customers

Apply management skills such as communications and change leadership to help drive key priorities like product launches, technology changes, and continuous improvement

Learn and leverage process management tools and techniques that are part of the Design, Manage and Improve system

Maintain knowledge of operational procedures and ensure documentation is relevant and updated

Perform quality assurance routines on existing processes

Build expertise in the tools and interactions that are a part of your process and use that expertise to enable stakeholders in the process to successfully play their roles

Basic Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience in process management

Preferred Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience with Managed Service Providers

At least 2 years of experience in Procurement, Legal or Supply Chain

At least 1 year of experience in Google Suite

At least 2 years of experience creating and executing contracts

At least 2 years of experience with negotiation strategies
