Concierge Development Manager (CDM).

Concierge Development Manager (CDM). Dweck Properties, Washington, DC, seeks ind. to use passion and heart for customer service to infuse world-class service through the ongoing training, coaching, and development of our Concierge teams. The CDM will be onsite and train Concierge team members, working 24 hours over 3 shifts, on how to use system platforms - Yardi CRM, Yardi Concierge, RentCafe, Paylocity, etc. Deliver Concierge training sessions onsite, in a classroom setting, and virtually with Concierge (including floaters) at various stages of development, including Concierge Managers. Develop customer service resources for Concierge teams such as step-by-step job aids, video tutorials, manuals, guides, and operational forms. Partner with VP LCX, Manager LD and Sales & Service Trainer to execute Learning Summits for advancement of knowledge in customer experience, sales strategy, leadership, trust building and communication. Recruit, interview, onboard and manage the scheduling of the Concierge floater roster and fill in at the front desk (all shifts) when short-staffed. Visit communities throughout DMV to provide support, shadow, mentor, coach, audit and participate in community functions. Req: Minimum 2.5 years exp. in job offered or as Concierge/Concierge Manager.
