Kapsuun Group (KG) provides federal agencies and the DoD with a customer-focused partner that has quickly become one of the established industry leaders in software engineering and intelligence operations. Mission success and customer satisfaction are our highest priorities.

The Site Manager will support the US Department of State by overseeing daily facility operations. The Site Manager will enforce all workplace policies and procedures to ensure compliance across the work site. The Site Manager will track and monitor project progress and departmental budget, adhering to prearranged standards.

  • Coordinate staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage
  • Coordinate training and professional development activities for staff
  • Conduct staff performance reviews
  • Approve project plans
  • Address and report safety concerns promptly
  • Review all project contracts before submitting them to management
  • Answer inquiries from potential project partners
  • Mediate on-site conflicts
  • Prepare and submit bi-monthly progress reports
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in one of the following: Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or another field as approved by Diplomatic Pouch and Mail and 5+ years of experience OR
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent and 8+ years of experience if the applicant does not have a college degree
  • Secret clearance required
