Title: Junior Program / Policy Management Analyst
Clearance: Public Trust
Location: Remote (Primary) & Annapolis Junction, MD
Overview:
IntelliBridge is an award-winning national security company with an immediate opening for a Program / Policy Management Analyst to support a federal client’s security threat assessment mission. This position will serve as a key analyst for the evaluation, optimization and information sharing of program performance, standards, and policies. The Program / Policy Management Analyst will use quantitative and qualitative assessments and observations to perform analysis, to make program recommendations, and to support program changes when necessary. The Program / Policy Management Analyst will also support the identification, analysis, documentation, and solutioning of future program needs. The Program / Policy Management Analyst is responsible for guiding the development and implementation of policies based on regulations and supporting development of rulemaking for TSA vetted populations. This position is exempt.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree or 8 years of experience with no degree.
- Exceptional communication skills with emphasis on effectively communicating detailed analysis and recommendations (both written and verbal).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong experience working with policy making, i.e., the formulation, review, and updating of program policies depending on changing environments, rule-making, statutes, etc.
- Experience producing varied written products and creating and analyzing reports.
- Strong organization and professional maturity.
- Experience analyzing and overseeing various business processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint & SharePoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a national security or transportation security-related mission.
- Experience in a mission that performs threat investigations.
- Experience in a mission that deals with Known or Suspected Terrorists (KSTs) and/or KST associates.
- Experience briefing peers and/or superiors on a work products or topics.
