Security Program Analyst

Overview: IntelliBridge is award-winning national security company with an immediate opening for a Security Program Analyst to support a federal law enforcement client. The Security Program Analyst will provide division-level administrative staff support to the client’s security programs. Typical duties will be to prepare documents, reports, briefings, and administrative forms; use intuitive judgment and business savvy to anticipate the needs of the office; apply knowledge of security policies and procedures; and perform other administrative duties as required. This position is exempt.

Clearance: Top Secret with SCI eligibility and in-scope CI Poly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3 years’ experience providing administrative support at an executive-level within a federal government and/or corporate environment.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to multitask independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated experience and high degree of proficiency using MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience preparing documents, letters, memorandums, reports, briefings, and/or administrative forms, such as government travel and expense forms.
• Experience proofreading grammar and punctuation with a high level of accuracy.
• Must be flexible, adaptable, and work well in a large team environment.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to self-start and take initiative with minimal support or guidance.
