Responsibilities

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, hours between 7:30am and 4:30pm with a 1 hour lunch

No weekends

No holidays

No on call or call back

Job Specific Details and Tasks: The duties for the HCW include but are not limited to the following:

* Coordinate patient care in collaboration with a wide array of healthcare professionals. Facilitate the achievement of optimal outcomes in relation to clinical care, quality, and cost - Ensure compliance with standards of care and practice in accordance with all established policies, procedures, and guidelines used in the MTF.

* Perform physical exam and health - Provide health promotions, counseling, and education.

* Administer medications, wound care, and numerous other personalized

* Direct and supervise care provide by other healthcare

* Accountable for making patient care assignments based on the scope of practice and skill level of assigned personnel.

* Recognize adverse signs and symptoms and quickly react in emergency

* Communicate and collaborate with a diverse group of people for the purpose of informing the healthcare team of plans/actions, for teaching/education to benefit the patient/family and organization.

* Make referral appointments and arrange specialty care as - Perform nursing services identified in the TO.

* Conduct research in support of improved practice and patient - Triage patients experiencing COVID-19 systems both on the phone and in person. - Book primary care appointments as appropriate.

* Assist appointment line with patient triage

* Provide services to assist with Smoking cessation, Coumadin, or additional clinics under MTF protocols and privileging requirements as needed.

* Will prepare and provide reports for the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee as

* In coordination with pharmacy leadership, every effort must be made to meet or exceed Defense Health Agency metrics regarding outpatient pharmacy and positive patient outcomes. e. prescriptions verified per hour and assisting deployment focused initiatives to increase medical readiness.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

* Education: Possess a Associates Degree of Nursing in Nursing. Graduate from a college or university accredited by National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC), or The Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).

* Experience: One year of experience in nursing after graduation.

* Licensure: Current, unrestricted RN license from any state.

* Life Support Certification: Current AHA or ARC BLS Certifications.

* Security: Must possess ability to pass a Government background check/security clearance.
