The Contracts Systems Analyst focuses on understanding, developing, training, and assisting in troubleshooting, supporting, and maintaining MIOS Conga Contracts Lifecycle Management System (CLMS) as a key part of the Contracts team. The Contracts Systems Analyst performs system administration duties for assigned CLMS requirements. The Contracts System Analyst will serve as the ultimate super user and champion for the CLMS, working with the business and technical staff to assess any updated business requirements and processes and align them with the appropriate CLMS requirements resulting in improved process efficiency and accuracy. The Contracts Systems Analyst assists with the ongoing user training, providing support on user questions, assisting with building a FAQ library and assisting in user adoption. Additionally, the Contracts Systems Analyst is responsible for assessing application issues and developing business and system solutions. The Contracts Systems Analyst is familiar with the Force.com platform (or similar relational database platforms) and may assist in developing release notes and user training materials. The Contracts Systems Analyst will assist in report development, and workflow design for any other applications the MIOS Contracts Department elects to implement.

Responsibilities
- CLMS SME providing support to contracts with templates, clause maintenance, management (as further noted below), and record management.
- Assist in the building of a contract clause library and the ongoing maintenance of such library.
- Assist in the addition of templates and the ongoing maintenance of existing templates, as changes are made available by Chenega's Corporate Legal Department.
- Work with CLMS System Administration supporting user access, profile, and organization maintenance.
- Oversee/advocate user support effectiveness for contracts and subsidiary users (training, user resources, support requirements, user utilization enhancements, etc.).
- Develop CLMS performance reports (within CLMS and with Power BI) for internal contracts and subsidiary use as well as monthly operations reporting. Develop contract reports from the record data contained in CLMS.
- With key stakeholder groups, review CLMS metrics, identify performance trends, report on overall performance to targets, recommend best practices, and conduct corrective action reviews to constantly drive improved performance.
- Identify and, where appropriate, escalate utilization gaps and recommend changes/enhancements. Support Administration in any necessary updates of certain features within CLMS to enhance user experience.
- Support future improvement and integration initiatives.
- Other administrator duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Management.
- 2+ years of administrator experience in business systems.
- Prior experience with contract life cycle management systems is a plus.
- Ability to complete Conga Administrator Certification training with achieving certification will be required.
- Business system user experience/effectiveness advocacy and administration.
- Prior experience with business process improvements preferably at a Six Sigma Green Belt level or higher centered around business systems utilization or implementation is a plus.
- Experience establishing and managing process/system user community resources, including developing and/or conducting user training, user resources, satisfaction/effectiveness surveys, user feedback, and implementation.
- Experience developing performance reporting, including target setting and trending metrics, including process cycle times, transaction first pass yields, transaction throughput, queuing, process delays, user process effectiveness, etc. in Power BI.
- Prior system reporting experience including Conga CLM is desirable.
- Experience leveraging process/system reporting to develop improvements to restore performance to target or to drive the next cycle of improvement opportunities.
- Experience with the Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications, including Word, Excel, SharePoint, Forms, Issues tracking, Task management, TEAMS, and Yammer. Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Virtual Agent, Dataverse) experience would be advantageous.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Background check required with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance, at a minimum, if needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- An understanding of business process/business effectiveness utilizing business systems.
- A basic understanding of government contracting providing performance analysis requirements to ensure Chenega's investment in its CLMS is fully realized.
- An understanding of relational databases to include the Sales Force application, or at a minimum, of the Force.com platform.
- Excellent organizational skills and capabilities to handle multiple tasks at once with the ability to meet deadlines.
