CSI seeking experienced maintenance technicians in Alexandria, VA for multiple properties in Northern Virginia and D.C. This position is full-time weekdays with on call & overtime opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Painting
- Drywall/framing
- Tiling/grout work
- Sign installation
- Litter removal
- Hauling
- Snow removal
- Lock and door repairs
- General building maintenance tasks
We're looking for professionals that have the following:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or similar field+
- Must have a driver's license & reliable transportation
- Able to pass a background check
Pay: $24-$35 per hour, depending on experience
